Žilina (Slovakia), 2 October 2025 – Immergas Europe was awarded first prize for its achievements in financial soundness and productivity in 2024 during the ceremony organized by the Slovak Centre for Productivity (SLCP) under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
The award ceremony was held at the Château Gbelany Hotel in Žilina and was attended by institutional representatives, entrepreneurs and industry professionals. The prize was presented by Vladimir Šimoňák, State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, to Pasquale Berardinetti, Plant Manager of Immergas Europe.
This prestigious recognition was granted to Immergas Europe following a rigorous selection process based on an audit of the company’s financial health and productivity results. In particular, the company’s financial soundness was assessed according to various methods and criteria, including the international Altman Z-score model, which measures the capacity for balanced financial growth through an analysis of liquidity, profitability and capital structure. The excellent results achieved by Immergas Europe confirmed the company’s reliability and its prospects for sustainable growth. At the same time, productivity levels were analyzed using the Quick Productivity Appraisal Approach, an advanced methodology that evaluates process efficiency, utilization of resources and speed of innovation, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement to foster corporate development.
Immergas Europe, with its production facility in Poprad inaugurated in 2008, has established itself as one of the main industrial hubs in the region. The plant, covering more than 18,600 square meters, is now a well-established operation employing over 120 qualified staff — reaching nearly 200 during seasonal production peaks — and operates five production lines. Two million boilers have been produced from 2008 to the present day, generating annual revenues of around 70 million euros, with total investments exceeding 18 million euros.
Over the years, Immergas Europe has placed technological innovation, quality and sustainability at the centre of its strategy, consolidating its position among Europe’s manufacturing companies of excellence.
